Oxen on the Cathedrale

The oxen were placed on Notre Dame de Laon Cathedrale in honour of the oxen which pulled the stone used in its construction up the hill during the XII Century.

  2. Interesting story and a nice photo. You may be interested t know that there is a gargoyle on the National Cathedral in Washington, DC, in the shape of Darth Vader.
